Millharbour is a 14 storey mixed use residential development located on Millwall Inner Dock. It has 138 apartments, 40% of which are affordable, with commercial units on the ground floor, a large communal roof terrace and a public landscaped ground floor area. There is a basement car park which houses 42 spaces, bike stores and a gym.

The building is made of a selection of different coloured grey bricks, it has 3 blocks, 2 with large towers and one in between, all have their own bright colour, orange, yellow and blue. The balconies also follow the colour scheme with PPC vertical finn railings and exposed concrete slabs.

All the flats follow the London Housing Design Standards, Lifetime Homes, Secure by Design and 10% are wheelchair accessible. The project meets level 4 Code for Sustainable homes and the commercial units achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’.
