The client took occupation of the 7th and some of the 8th floor, along with a small drop-in centre on the ground floor of the Alpha Beta building in Finsbury Square. The space is approximately 40,000ft2 consisting of office space, break out spaces and meeting rooms.
The design reflects our client’s enterprising and ethically driven values and the space supports their driven and dedicated workforce.
Level 8 of the building is primarily for client facing purposes. The 7th floor is predominantly office space which consists of 152 desks, 18 cellular offices and meeting rooms arranged to provide a variety of work setting and collaboration areas.
The Forum, a flexible multifunctional auditorium provides a space for staff and client presentations alike, as well as client events. A staff café with direct access to the terrace provides additional communal space that can double as an entertainment area for informal gatherings.
