When at Pringle Brandon Jack built Allen & Overy’s brief and selection criteria. They then analysed and tested a number of pre-let opportunities for Allen & Overy before selecting Bishops Square. He worked with the developers team including Foster + Partners to modify the base building plan to optimise the floor plates to provide a super efficient plan that allows a highly cellular or open plan perimeter office space.

The work undertaken allowed Allen & Overy to make informed decisions about how they use space, particularly relating to their office accommodation and allowed for a more efficient use of support facilities such as the client meeting facilities. Following this the fit out of 500,000ft2 was completed. The project is one of the legal profession’s most advanced and impressive spaces in London.
