Studio Pringle Team

Practice

We design the future.

Studio Pringle is an architecture, interior and product design practice led by Jack, Maxine and Frankie Pringle who have a shared passion for design and innovation. We offer to clients the ideas and energy of youth with the know-how of experience. Our expertise ranges across workplace, housing, hospitality, education and product design. We believe that we are living in a time of explosive change. A wholly new post-pandemic, digital, location independent world where we have an imperative to heal the planet that we have injured and for buildings to protect, nurture and inspire their occupants in a world that has become hostile. Everything needs to be rethought and most things needs redesigning. It is an extraordinary time full of great opportunity. We relish this challenge.

Frankie Pringle

Co-Founder, Innovations Director

Frankie Pringle

Frankie is passionate about design, technology, and innovation. She enjoys solving problems using a combination of creativity, logic, and her technical and aesthetic design flare. From her time at WeWork Ltb she has a wealth of knowledge about cutting edge design and construction methods, saving time, cost and achieving outstanding design and quality. She believes in the importance of developing a kit of parts for each project and employing high-quality off-site construction where possible.

She studied at the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London, where she first developed an interest in the use of specialist technology to support design work. Here she experimented with 3D printing, 3D scanning and Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Frankie previously led an in house design team at WeWork Ltb and led projects at Pringle Brandon Perkins Will. Her past clients have included Deloitte, Citibank, EY and Bupa.

Whilst working for the Department of Work and Pensions, a UK government department, Frankie oversaw the design of REEP (Rapid Expansion of Estates Programme). This saw the role out of 220 job centers in 9 months. She thoroughly enjoyed the programme as she thrives in a fast paced environment, employing systems and technology to support the design process. She has a particular interest in scaling real estate and high-quality roll out programmes. In her spare time, she loves film, comedy, and spinning.
